Pilot Car Justice

PRIVACY & SERVICE INFORMATION

Keep the case
information relevant.

Updated October 4, 2026.

What this platform does

Pilot Car Justice helps organize commercial pilot car invoice cases. Preparing a summary does not establish representation, authorize collection activity, or guarantee a result. Applicable licensing, service terms, fees, and authority to act must be confirmed before representation.

Case preparation

Downloading a summary creates a file on your device. Submitting a review request transmits the form entries to the hosted intake database and records the submitting ChatGPT account identifier. Only the owner can review the request. No debtor lists or case details are published.

Owner workspace

The owner workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in and a server-side owner restriction. It stores client and case records in a hosted database and uploaded documents in hosted object storage. Documents are available only through protected download endpoints. Activity entries record case changes, payment entries, and document access.

Information to include

Use relevant business details, agreements, invoices, evidence of completed work, published business contacts, and payment history. Do not upload health information, credentials, full payment-card details, government ID numbers, or unrelated family information.

Payments and communications

This platform records payment information supplied by the operator. It does not transfer funds, verify bank transactions, send correspondence automatically, or file legal claims.

Retention and documents

Records remain until a retention and deletion process is approved and implemented. The current workspace supports record export and individual document downloads; permanent deletion, malware scanning, and automatic external backups are not currently provided. Keep independent copies of original documents.

Security and compliance

No HIPAA, SOC 2, or other certification is claimed. Do not use this platform for protected health information. Operating compliance depends on the actual business model, jurisdictions, contracts, access controls, and procedures, not a website label.
